Very good small hotel

Aside from the previously advised items, the proximity to the the station and sled serve coffee was great. The actual area was questionable. Everytime we left/returned there were groups of men loitering, eyeing us off which made it feel somewhat unsafe.

We are very pleased that you liked the proximity to the railway station and our coffee offer.
Regarding the size of the room, we would like to point out that our suites have an area of approx. 30 m², as transparently stated on all booking portals. We are sorry if the feeling of space did not meet your expectations.
As far as the pillows and blankets are concerned, we would have been happy to provide you with additional pillows or replacement blankets at any time to improve your comfort. Unfortunately, we only found out about this afterwards - we would have responded immediately if we had received brief feedback during your stay.
Regarding the neighbourhood: Our hotel is located in an urban, multicultural district, as can be found in many larger cities. We understand that this can be perceived differently, but would like to point out that we have no direct influence on what happens in public spaces. The safety of our guests is our top priority and we are always available to answer any questions or provide support.
We also take your feedback on breakfast seriously and will check the temperature of the food accordingly and optimise it if necessary.

Gerne wieder, besonders bei Anreise mit der Bahn. Ansonsten wurde nichts vermisst.

Sehr gute Lage für Städtetrip. Das Viertel bzw die Menschen, die regelmässig vor dem Hotel herumlungerten... haben uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen. Jedoch für einen Städtetrip ein hervorragendes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und leckerem Frühstück - und mit Möglichkeit zur Parkplatzreservierung. Das geht bei anderen Hotels nicht so einfach. Tolle Website zum Buchen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Hotel is good - reasonable price. Located in the arab quarter.
Need to use taxi to eat german food and drink beer.

Thank you very much for your review and your positive feedback on our hotel and the value for money - we are delighted!

However, we would like to clarify your comment about the surrounding area: There are several traditional Bavarian restaurants in the immediate vicinity of our hotel - really only a 2 to 3 minute walk away - including the Münchner Stubn, the Irmis or the Gasthaus Festwiese. All offer classic German cuisine and a good selection of beers.

We are sorry that you felt you had to take a cab. We would have been happy to recommend a suitable restaurant for you - our team at reception is always there for you.

Nevertheless, we hope to welcome you back soon!
