#1. I believe the photos provided in the Expedia website were misleading and made the room appear to be larger than it was. It was an extremely uncomfortable stay for myself and my daughter (2 adults). #2. The area wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. I came to Germany to experience more traditional German culture, food, and atmosphere, but I didn’t really find that in this neighborhood.

We are sorry to hear that the room size was insufficient for you and your daughter and that the photos provided online did not accurately reflect the actual feel of the space. We would like to let you know, that we have different room categories with different design and amenities. Maybe this let to your wrong expectatoins. Anyway, we understand how important a comfortable and suitable retreat is during your stay. We would be grateful for any suggestions regarding additional hooks and shelves, as well as more thoughtful furniture arrangements, to enable future improvements.

Regarding the neighborhood, we regret that you did not find the traditional German atmosphere you had hoped for. Our location is characterized by international diversity and a central location, which is an advantage for many guests, but we understand that this may not always align with personal preferences.

We have carefully read your comment about the waste disposal; we know how important order and cleanliness in the room are. We also acknowledge that a trash can or trash bags would have been helpful. We will gladly review how we can improve this service.

We are especially sorry that you lacked information about local events and excursion tips during your stay. We understand that clear guidance and recommendations would have made your time more enjoyable and enriching. Your suggestion to provide more informational materials is valuable.

Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel Super convenient location near the central station and affordable for a 3-star hotel at a prime location in a big city. The breakfast buffet was excellent with high-quality options, making our 3-night stay thoroughly enjoyable.

The rooms are too small and the bathroom could be improved. Daily cleaning recommended.

Our room categories and their sizes are clearly listed on our website at the time of booking. The room category you booked is approximately 15 m² in size and is priced slightly lower as a result. For a future stay, we would be happy to recommend a Superior or Premium room to better meet your needs.

Our cleaning policy is also described both on our website and in the booking confirmation. Rooms are not cleaned daily. However, our guests are of course welcome to help themselves to fresh towels and other toiletries at any time, free of charge.

Prinzipiell gerne wieder, wenn die Preisentwicklung aber so weitergeht, (kommenden November teilweise Preise von über 300 (!) pro Nacht, das hat offenbar mit „Dynamic Pricing“ zu tun), nicht mehr leistbar. Sonst alles sehr okay, die Lage Nähe Hauptbahnhof ist ideal für uns.

Für München sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nicht Top-modern, aber funktional, freundliches Personal und gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof (6 Minuten zu Fuß) und City.

Klasse, das Sie von unserem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ganz besonders positiv überrascht waren und es schätzen, dass wir unseren Gästen einen vernünftigen Preis anbieten. Uns ist es wichtig, dass alles passt - nicht nur unsere Dienstleistungen, sondern eben auch der Preis. Unsere Zimmer sind teilweise nicht mehr ganz frisch renoviert aber es fehlt. wie Sie auch schreiben, weder an Komfort noch Ausstattung. Wenn Sie ein ganz modernes Zimmer wünschen, buchen Sie sich gerne eine andere Kategorie, z.B. unseren Loft, für das nächste Mal.

Very nice boutique hotel. I would recommend to others especially if using the train.
