The only downside is the location of the hotel. While it’s close to the Marienplatz, the neighbourhood is not great

Das Hotel ist schön , sehr nette Personal. die Lage ist gut man erreicht fußläufig in knapp 10min den Bahnhof und den Karlsplatz. Nachts ist es leider sehr laut vor allem am Wochenende. Mit geschlossenem Fenster geht es zwar aber das möchte man ja gern in den Sommermonaten auflassen.
