Innen deutlich angenehmer alsvon außen.

wir bedanken uns für Ihren Besuch und Ihre Bewertung. Es freut uns, dass Sie sich bei uns wohl gefühlt haben und unser Hotel als angenehmen Ort wahrgenommen haben. Dass der erste Eindruck aufgrund der typischen Bahnhofsgegend in der wir uns befinden, Ihnen nicht ganz zugesagt hat, können wir nachvollziehen. Es gibt bestimmt schönere Viertel in München als das Bahnhofsviertel. Dennoch haben Sie nach Betreten unseres Hotels davon nichts mehr mitbekommen. Das freut uns.

Hotel was worth the money albeit it is a small hotel and a small sized room ( we did choose the smaller room so that is our fault). The elevator and access to the breakfast all require stair climbing which made some navigation more cumbersome especially with suitcases. Each floor has a station with plenty of towels and supplies always filled and available. As we had a long stay, they did come in on a scheduled basis a few time to change sheets for us which was very nice. Additionally, they gave us some nice water bottles as a thank you for our longer stay. Coffee machine in the lobby was always available which is very nice to have whenever we wanted it. They are close to the main train station which was very convenient but the neigborhood was a bit busy with a lot of people on the street smoking cigarettes.

We take your comments regarding the building's features, such as the elevator access, the steps, and the bathroom design, very seriously. We understand how important accessible entrances and comfortable bathrooms are – especially for longer stays or when traveling with luggage. We will gladly forward your feedback regarding a ramp and a more accessible shower to the management for review, in order to ensure even greater comfort in the future.

The vibrant atmosphere of the area around the train station is also frequently noted by travelers. Nevertheless, the proximity to the train station is a decisive advantage for many guests, allowing for easy arrival and departure.

Feine Adresse nahe beim Bahnhof
