We have read your review carefully and regret that we were not able to fulfil your expectations 100%.
As feedback from our guests is particularly important to us, we have investigated all your points.
Of course, we think it's a shame that you didn't let us know directly on site that something was wrong, as we could at least have taken action and made improvements.
We will of course have the room with the odour in the bathroom checked and pass it on to our housekeeping team.
We will also pass on your feedback regarding the dust during cleaning and will speak to housekeeping again.
We actually just wanted to do you a favour with the intermediate cleaning, as we only clean the rooms after 5 nights. It's a shame that we stirred up even more dust here, so to speak.
As mentioned above, you could have contacted us at any time so that we could have made some improvements. Unfortunately, our hands are always tied afterwards.
We would still be delighted to welcome you again.
