Nice hotel, kind and warm staff.

thanks for your visit and your review. Happy to read you liked the friendliness of our staff and enjoyed their service a lot. We are sorry you did not like the pillows. We offer an alternative at our reception. Please never mind to ask for any kind of support. Our windows are soundproofed and brandnew. It's really strange that you still hear street noise. Of course we could offer you on availability, a room to the backyard next time. Please don't forget to ask for it.

Sehr empfehlenswert, angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Angebot des gratis Kaffee und Tee in der Lobby war fantastisch und vor allem die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett.
