Area is out of your reach to change but feels dirty, insecure and it wasn't the best experience of the neighborhood but the hotel in general was okay-ish. Not amazing not the worst but there is room for improvement. The technology you have put in place like the check in... makes it feel robotic and nit very personal. I know you trying to be environmentally friendly but I believe staff could do some basic house keeping. Just make sure everything is in place... that there is toilet paper ior shampoo. I am pro-environmentally but it also comes across as "the hotel can save money" rather than environmentally conscious. Why do I say that? Because there is a lot of wastage with the coffee cups with the machine you got at the main reception. Also the way you pack the cutlery, bit unnecessary. Finally the tablets in the room, they use electricity and the carbon footprint maybe high if you count all the ones you have in the hotel but more importantly, they are just useless. I didn't find them useful whatsoever... wouldn't stay again, I would prefer to pay more for better quality and more attention to detail and customer service. Entrance seems top crowded, too basic and too overwhelming. And don't take me wrong the coffe box station is good but I noticed every person coming back to the hotel and leaving the hotel wants to take a coffee! I am pretty sure they just do it for the sake of taking coffee and it also make the hotel look more like a shop and puts you off if too many waiting.

We have read all your points with high attention, as the feedback of our guests is very important for us.
Not only is environmental awareness a top priority for us, but we have also had to deal with corona pandemic in the last 2 years, which is why it is still important for us to separate the cutlery from other guests in order to continue to minimise infection. Believe us, we have no desire to close our business again because the corona numbers are rising again.
That is why we continue to adhere to many hygiene measures.
Regarding the tablets in the room, we have already thought about a more environmentally friendly solution and will change to a different system here. Nevertheless, we are bound by contracts that cannot be cancelled simply because the price of electricity is rising.
As a hotel, we are obliged to identify a hotel A-Z. Where is the nearest pharmacy? Where can you find the shoe shine machine?
Not only these things, but also the weather view or our hotel arrangements can be viewed via the tablets.
We have just installed our new coffee and tea station and the feedback from our guests is great. Of course, it is always a matter of taste how one finds facilities. Due to the structural conditions, we cannot install them elsewhere. However, if you have a tip for us, please let us know.
Regarding the requested early check in, we answered you on the Booking.com extranet that we are happy to accept the luggage and that we can accept an early check in for an extra charge, which you, however, denied.
Also we checked the TV in your room. We were able to connect to the mobile phone without any problems and were also able to watch other English TV channels.
We regret that we were unable to help you that evening. In our live chat you received a message that the chat is only possible at certain times. However, you were welcome to come to the reception and we would have been happy to help you.
We also can't imagine that our staff didn't give you an extra pillow. It is correct that we do not have other types of pillows, but we can always provide extra pillows.
