Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in Ihrem Hause und fühlten uns wieder sehr wohl, Problem heuer war jedoch das man die Reinigung bzw. Betten machen selbst erledigen musste....

schön, dass Sie auch dieses Mal in unserem Haus übernachtet haben und wir Sie erneut von unserem Haus überzeugt haben. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die familiäre Atmosphäre in unserem Haus so gern mögen und sich dadurch sehr wohl fühlen. Dass wir seit einigen Monaten kein tägliches Zimmer Service mehr anbieten liegt daran, dass wir dies primär aus Umweltschutz Gründen umgestellt haben und ein Aspekt der nun auch dazu kommt ist die Personallage. We do offer Self Service Station to get fresh towels, toiletries,....)

Sensationell schönes und grosses Zimmer, Nr. 603, super grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet, enorm freundliches, aufgestelltes und hilfsbereites Personal von Rezeption, über Zimmerservice bis hin zum Servicepersonal im Frühstücksraum.

Clean room, great staff, great food.

your review is great - thank you so much. We are happy to read you enjoyed your stay, liked the cleanliness at our hotel, appreciated the friendliness of our staff and enjoyed the breakfast we offer. Reading that you would appreciate a non smoking room irritates us a bit as we are a non smoking hotel and it's strikly forbitten to smoked in all areas and rooms of our hotel. Do you maybe mix up something? We would appreciate it when you could change your review as we are a non Smoking hotel. Thank you so much!
