Das ideale Hotel für einen Wochenendtrip nach München.

The neighborhood was unpleasant. We didn't realize that when we booked. Had we known, we wouldn't have booked.
The parking garage was unpractical and very tight for a modern car. However we parked for the whole stay.
The best parts of the hotel were clearly the breakfast and the personnel.

At the breakfast we attach great importance to a large regional selection in organic quality.
Our garage is certainly a bit of an adventure, but we are happy to be able to offer a parking facility right in the city centre. We agree that there is nothing we can do about the area and location of the hotel. 5 minutes from the main station it is very urban and multicultural. It's similar in every big city
Since you booked via our homepage, there is a note on the confirmation and also in the rate selection that the rooms are not cleaned during the stay. Our guests are welcome to use our housekeeping station at any time to get new towels.
You are also welcome to contact us next time. We are happy to help with any questions. We would be delighted if you would come and visit us again.

super Lage in Bahnhofsnähe, unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby (sehr großzügig), sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das würden wir uns auch wünschen, beeinflussen können wir es aber leider nicht. Schön, dass Sie sich trotzdem eine gute Zeit bei uns und in München gemacht haben und die Vorzüge unseres Hauses, wie die zentrale Lage, unser freundliches und professionell arbeitendes Personal sowie den kostenlosen Kaffeeservice, den wir 24/7 in der Lobby anbieten, genossen haben. War kaum im Hotel aber es war zentral gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wenn ich mal in München bin würde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten.
