Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und ausgesprochen hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage (Alsternähe) ist sehr gut und auch sehr ruhig, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Allgemein war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Mala. Al llegar el día 6 del 10, -debía estar alojada tres noches- notifiqué que por motivos familiares, no podría alojarme la noche de el día 8. El Hotel lo notificó a Booking.com y este me contestó un correo con la reserva modificada.( naturalmente descontando el precio de la última noche)(número reserva 1865937595).
La sorpresa fue que en el check out, me cobraron las tres noches y ni siquiera me permitieron alojarme la última noche es decir la del 8 (solución que propuse al ver que la cobraban) argumentando que al variar la reserva ya la habian contratado.

Hotel staff was very kind and supportive. The room was not gorgeous one but comfortable enough.
