Charming old hotel, but needs renovation: bathroom, carpets etc.

Average. Did not work or there was no ventilation in the bathroom. There is no way to have tea or coffee in the room.

Thank you so much for sharing your review with us. First of all, please let me thank you kindly for giving us the opportunity and trust for hosting you at our hotel. Please accept our apologies for the unfortunate incident/experiance as this is certainly not indicative of the fine quality of service/comfort we are known for and try to maintain. In Hotel Mrak several upgrades were done and several are in plan;where we also have to be careful not to disturb our guests with works; but step by step we are working on improvements (changing carpet it is on our list). While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve.We are aware of parking problem around the hotel, but all cities have the same issue; on the other hand we are offering central location. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
