Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mitten in Murten. Hat alles was man braucht. Service tiptop. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut.
Einziger Mangel: Beim Frühstücksbuffet dürfte auf bessere Ordnung und Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Gestern war im Boden nass (im unteren Speisesaal), ein Gast wäre fast ausgeschlipft, eine Angestellte hat es beobachtet, jedoch den Boden nicht getrocknet. Heute morgen hatte es Müeslispuren am Boden, die Angestellten waren da, haben es jedoch nicht weggeputzt.

Well run hotel in an ideal location on the lake. Easy walk to sites and restaurants Staff was very helpful. Check in and check out were very efficient.

My husband and I have been returning for a few nights every summer for several years so we have gotten to know some of the staff and owners. They always take very good care of us and provide excellent service. The rooms and the lake views are hard to beat. We love attending the symphony next door in the castle, as well as wandering the beautifully preserved little village, and e-biking around the lake.
