Remember what English people want as guests and then provide it! No good having a kettle in the room if there isn’t any coffee. English have milk with their coffee. Very annoying having to come down to reception and ask for it all the time and the not be offered it for future days. Can’t claim you have air conditioning if you don’t switch it on. And let people sit where they want in the restaurant not try to steer them just to tables not yet cleared. Wash the over bed covers. But bathrooms good and hot water and nice and clean. Friendly reception
