Wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip which included my Mum’s birthday perfect. From thoughtful touches like flowers in the room to kindness on the day whether it was birthday wishes or finding us a knife for cake it really made a difference.

We had such a great time, staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect with everything we needed and a comfortable bed. We loved the honesty bar when we came back to the hotel in the evening. The location was perfect. Breakfast was tasty and a good start to our day. The rooms were a good temperature. When the time comes and we return to Paris we would love to return to Passy Eiffel. Your staff are what make your hotel too so take care of them.
