excellente expérience pour mon contexte difficile de séjour (funérailles de mon épouse), espace réconfortant, beaucoup de soin envers le visiteur, grande attention, gentillesse et écoute des personnes d'accueil. Un point mineur d'amélioration : la manette du robinet d'ouverture/fermeture de l'eau de la douche n'est pas manœuvrable avec une main pleine de savon ; elle glisse autour du robinet ; il faudrait un petit taquet pour y placer le pouce puis ouvrir et fermer. En s'essuyant la main pour la sécher on arrive au même résultat !
