With its renovation the Passy Eiffel is even better than before. The only negative point was the ongoing renovations, which are not yet quite finished and tend to disturb the tranquility later in the day.

I booked this room through Expedia. The room was advertised as twin beds in a handicap room. After the room was booked I was told it was one bed, handicap. I needed two beds, not one. Why was it falsely advertised? When I tried to get a refund for the room I was told because it was booked under special circumstances that I would not get a refund. What special circumstances? I also booked the room under the understanding that it was two beds. So I paid for something I didn't get and was told I wouldn't be refunded for it. Then I tried to move the dates and was again told no. I again asked for a refund and was told no. How does your business operate under these terms? You can't tell someone that they are getting two beds, book one bed, and then not give them a refund.
