Our standards rooms size in Paris are different than the one in North America you are right. Our cold buffet is a good value for money (14 euro) compare to other hotels in the area. We pay attention to the products and variety we offer. And as you said you can eat what you want.

Bon hotel, vue sur tour eiffel. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle.

Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre ressenti lors de votre séjour dans notre établissement.

Nous sommes heureux que votre chambre classique vous ait paru propre et que la vue sur le haut de la Tour Eiffel vous ait été agréable. Notre personnel fait toujours de son mieux pour que le séjour de nos clients soient des plus agréable.

Concernant la propreté, nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous excuser la femme de chambre qui a oublié des cheveux dans la salle de bains. Nous avons fait une réunion avec notre personnel afin de demander plus d’attention à ce sujet.

Volontairement il n’y a pas de brosse dans les toilettes, mais il est possible d’en obtenir une en demandant à la réception. Le porte document à disposition sur le bureau comporte les renseignements utiles au bon déroulement de votre séjour.

Afin de réduire notre consommation d’eau et nos émissions polluantes, nous ne renouvelons que les serviettes qui sont déposées dans la douche ou la baignoire. Nos draps sont changés toutes les 3 nuits effectives, votre séjour n’ayant duré que 3 nuits, il est normal que ceux-ci n’aient pas été changés. Si vous aviez souhaité que nous les changions après votre deuxième nuit, nous l’aurions fait à votre demande.

Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau et vous faire découvrir nos chambres supérieures ou deluxe qui sont plus grandes.

Love this hotel, it has a very homey vibe. The Neighborhood is fantastic and cannot be beat

Really very nice. But please upgrade the hairdryers in the room. Very poor quality
