Overall very good. The only thing i didn't like was that the only time i call the reception for the breakfast in my room it didn't arrive.
I had to call the reception 3 times and at the end after more than 1 hour ( i was in late for my meeting) you brought only a coffee and 2 pastries.

We are glad that you had overall a very good stay with us.
We do apologise for the delay of delivery of your breakfast. You called the first time and asked to the night porter, he forgot to give the information to our breakfast service.
When calling the second time I answered you and asked which type of breakfast you would prefer (continental or ‘’express’’) detailling what was included in each,
1 hot drink, 1 orange juice and 2 little pastries for the café express. You choose the ‘’ express’’ one. It has been delivered in about 10 minutes by the chambermaid.
We all know that we can always do better and are sincerely sorry for the delay it took to bring your breakfast.
We truly hope that you will grant us another opportunity of welcoming you back at the Passy Eiffel so we can provide you our best service.
