Un cadre de grande classe ! Plafonds peints, tableaux, moulures, décos, meubles anciens, cadre génial. Et service impeccable.

Très belle chambre ( la 316), mais très bruyante le soir à cause de la musique du restaurant qui est juste au-dessous.
Le service est super, le personnel est très à l'écoute. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien.
J'ai laissé également mon avis sur Tripadvisor sous le nom Lisa 91.
Merci pour ce séjour dans votre jolie ville

Our group of four from Ireland had a wonderful stay at the hotel Pendini. The building is magnificent and its location unbeatable. I particularly liked the breakfast room which is situated above the colossal arch with views of the Strozzi palace and the street below which was the ancient road to Rome. The continental breakfast was a delicious selection of cereals, fruit, bacon & eggs, cold meats, cheeses. croissants, pastries, tea, coffee, a wonderful start to each day. All the major sites are only a short walk away. The staff are so helpful and friendly . Full marks hotel Pendini.

I spent a while choosing a hotel as the trip was for our Silver wedding anniversary and we wanted it to be special; we were not disappointed! Hotel Pendini was beautiful, full of character and just what you would imagine for Florence. Our room was amazing, overlooking the square. We realised once in our room that we had been upgraded. It was quite noisy but to be honest that added to the whole experience and ambience; overlooking a pretty carousel, and when the window was shut we were in our own little haven, very romantic. As we used the lift direct to our floor we only saw Reception on arrival and departure which made it feel like we had our own Florentine hideaway. The service in the breakfast room was very good, the waiter was on hand offering fresh coffee and a smile, a great start to the day. We had a fantastic few days and I would definitely recommend this hotel, we just hope we get back here some time in the future.

Très sympathique hôtel, si bien situé et malgré la position de l'Hôtel, très calme. Le personnel de toute première classe et parle français. De bon conseil. Très agréable séjour à l'Hôtel Pendini.
