We enjoyed our say at your lovely hotel. The renovation is wonderful. Breakfast is great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Wi-fi could be improved. Looking forward to sending my clients to stay with you.

This was a great hotel choice for Florence. The location was perfect for seeing the sights. The service was warm, friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with high ceilings and nice decor. Breakfast was very nice. The only downsides were that the shower was very narrow, and the hairdryer supplied was not working, but another one was promptly brought to our room once we asked for it.

Our first room was on the top floor had to climb up narrow staircase
Room was changed the following day

Great experience, unclear that the hotel was several floors up in the building, safe, secure, and A+ location. Excellent staff.

Our recent stay at Hotel Pendini was amazing, the hotel was really charming, clean and is in the perfect location to see all the main sites. The staff were friendly and beyond helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely stay here again.

It was great pleasure to stay.for my opinion a cattle for hot water and a fridge will be great.
