Absolutely amazing. The breakfasts are the best in town. The only think I would request is complementary coffee and tea during the day - even just hot water available to make a cup of tea during the afternoon and evening.

It was wonderful! Pamela accommodated us with our 14 pieces of luggages. Staff helped us with luggages and calling a taxi. The breakfast is the best I ever had especially the fresh baked croissants! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Wished we stayed a little longer. We will definitely stay at your hotel when we come back to Florence.

Our room was very clean, as was the rest of thee hotel. Staff were extremely efficient and very helpful. The hotels location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely be coming back.

Hotel very centrally situated. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast excellent . Although rooms on the small side, beautifully appointed as is the hotel décor.

Great location. Requested quiet room and it was that - had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. Reception staff exceptional - very helpful and attentive to needs of guests. Would definately stay at this hotel again if ever in Florence
