Lovely convenient place to stay in fabulous Florence! My only suggestion for improvement would be a self-serve tea/coffee stand in the lounge that guests could access at any time.

Overall a good experience except our room smelled as if it had been smoked in quite a bit. Also would have like to have use of air conditioning.
