We loved our stay at Hotel Pendini and I would happily refer others to it. Carlo (please excuse my spelling) was so helpful and interesting to talk to that it made our time even more special. The breakfast and breakfast room, as well as lounge were lovely. Faultless!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Pandini very much. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and delicious breakfasts, plus an outstanding location. The Concierge/Hotel Manager was outstanding as well as charming; he made us feel very welcomed and provided attention to our needs. His command of language is admirable! Thank you far making our stay in Florence superb.

The hotel facilitated a wonderful stay in beautiful Firenze. It's location is just perfect for everything in the city and the staff were great. We would definitely choose the Pendini if we return to Firenze.

The overall experience was fantastic. The location is perfect to see the beauty that Florence has to offer. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable and the service at breakfast was friendly and helpful.

The location in the centre of Florence was ideal. The hotel staff were very helpful, however the beds were not made up until the afternoon which was surprising as we had already returned to our room. The breakfast room was very busy most of the time with not always enough tables.
