Everything was excelent.Service,room,location,breakfest.We was so happy to spend our time this superb hotel.

The hotel facilitated a wonderful stay in beautiful Firenze. It's location is just perfect for everything in the city and the staff were great. We would definitely choose the Pendini if we return to Firenze.

The overall experience was fantastic. The location is perfect to see the beauty that Florence has to offer. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable and the service at breakfast was friendly and helpful.

The location in the centre of Florence was ideal. The hotel staff were very helpful, however the beds were not made up until the afternoon which was surprising as we had already returned to our room. The breakfast room was very busy most of the time with not always enough tables.
