Great hotel with history and class but our previous hotel during the trip to Florence was friendly, better room facilities.

We enjoyed our stayed. The room was the only disappointment and after a busy day in Florence you need a nice room. The breakfast room was lovely and the quality of the food above what we expected. The staff here were both efficient and friendly. They constantly restocked. We really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Overall we were struck by the camaraderie among staff and the appearance that staff were happy to work there. We hope this is true as hotel work can be difficult.

Muito boa! Falta apenas um frigobar no quarto, pois fomos em Julho, e uma bebida gelada seria agradável.

Location of hotel is exelent. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was outstanding.
