Superb location. Full of character, relaxed and restful whilst just stepping outside the hotel into the centre of everything. Loved every minute

Hotel tres bien tenu, avec un service de grande qualité. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Florence, les chambres sont confortables. Très bel Hotel de caractère, ce que nous recherchions.

O hotel foi além da minha expectativa ,ele muito bonito e bem decorado,os funcionários muito atenciosos,o café da manhã muito bom e mais sua localização é perfeita,perto da estação de trem e no centro da cidade e os quartos são lindos e bem decorados.Eu e meus filhos gostamos muito da estádia.Parabéns a todos os funcionários do hotel.

Absolutely wonderful! Carlo was fabulous at breakfast and gave us warm croissants, fruit and amazing hot chocolate!

The only negative was the check in. Room was not ready on time. I called the hotel prior to arrival for directions as I was lost and was put on hold for quite sometime. I eventually gave up waiting as I was calling from a foreign number and it was going to cost me too much.

Last time we were at Florence we felt shorted so we made sure we researched and paid attention to reviews. Well, it paid off! As with our recent trip and stay at this hotel, there couldn't be a more pleasing-satisfying feeling. To be in the center area, with awesome manager and staffs, plus tasty breakfast to kick off your day are win-win. Additionally having a room with remodeled bathroom is a huge bonus. Overall, this place is truly great and affordable for a big city.
