We stayed in four different hotels in four cities - Rome, Naples, Florence and Venice. We paid the same rate in all of them, but Hotel Pendini surpassed the others in every way by far.

We thought it was a lovely hotel, and we would recommend it to our friends. :) The staff were very helpful and efficient but could be friendlier. :)

Estuvimos en marzo de 2016 y fue una estadía excelente en todo sentido. Este hotel hace de la calidad su distintivo. Desde la impecable habitación con baño adaptado a mi discapacidad, que incorpora todos los stándares de confort; el desayuno completo y exquisito; la cálida atención de su personal en todo momento y su inmejorable ubicación lograron que queramos volver algún día al precioso Pendini. Sinceras felicitaciones!!!

Great hotel with excellent location just in the middle of town. Staff polite and helpful. This hotel is absolutely recommended.

We arrived exhausted from an early train trip from Venice and the Manager greeted us very warmly and allowed us to drop our bags so we could start seeing the town right away. We were also allowed into our room early, once it had been cleaned. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. My kids were super excited that it included bacon! Our room, the Family Suite, was wonderfully spacious, and our favorite of the trip. The front desk staff offered great tips on restaurants and answered all our questions. We will definitely stay at Hotel Pendini the next time we are in Florence!

Hotel súper bien ubicado, la sala del desayuno es un poco pequeña, por lo que sí bajas tarde tendrás que esperar tu turno.
No reponen artículos de aseo, tuvimos que pedir que nos trajeran papel higiénico.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is excellent. The valet service you offer is a great service for car travellers. The hotel sign at the entrance should be a little larger. Easy to miss.
