Hotel Pendini was everything you could want for a stay in Florence. Clean, comfortable, great location, helpful staff and an extensive breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if in Florence.

Everything was great except the woman at reception the morning of our departure on the 24 th of September. There was a taxi strike that morning that made us worry how we would get to the airport. Her attitude was not very helpful. She definitely made it plain that it was our problem.
