Everything was great except the woman at reception the morning of our departure on the 24 th of September. There was a taxi strike that morning that made us worry how we would get to the airport. Her attitude was not very helpful. She definitely made it plain that it was our problem.

Overall ambience of the hotel is lovely. My room was not quite what I expected from the website photos but think this was because I was in a room designed for families so more basic in terms of finer furnishings.

Das Hotel liegt ideal im Zentrum. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass die Mitarbeiter im Empfang gut Deutsch sprechen bzw. sich bemühen alle Fragen gut zu beantworten und Hinweise zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Ausflügen oder Gaststätten geben.

We are extremely satisfied with our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the service the best we have experienced.
