Apart from the extremely friendly and professional staff, the room I was given fell well short of the standards I would have expected given the price and what I saw on the website when I booked.
Damaged doors, mould in the bathroom and shower, grouting clearly repaired in an unprofessional manner, wall art falling apart, stains on the sheets.
A real shame and I think next time I’ll choose a different hotel.
