Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck, es ist zwar alles sehr dunkel, aber das gehört wohl zum Stil. Beim Frühstück mussten wir beim Kaffee lange anstehen und das Nachlegen der Lebensmittel dauerte zu lange.

Everyone who worked at the Reception were very polite, helpful.
Thanks to the Student Employees who provided great service.
A mini-fridge or at least a coffee maker are badly needed.

My rom was never cleaned for the eight nights that I spent there. on to days I had to make my own bed!

Freundlicher Service an der Reception. Fleißige junge Damen, die beim Frühstück die ausgefallenen Kaffee-Automaten wieder gekonnt reparierten.

bardzo udany pobyt we Wrocławiu po wielu,wielu latach....powrót do lat licealnych.. jestem zauroczona i na pewno wrócę i do Wrocławia i do hotelu Polonia, w którym jest miło, klimatycznie i z którego jest bardzo blisko do centrum..
