I booked a room for three at the Primavera. The room was small and crowded, perhaps to be expected. Next time I would consider booking two rooms. However, we were a family group and sharing the room served our needs. Moreover, it was very economical. The only real negative was that the beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Nonetheless, I would not hesitate to book at the Primavera again. There is no better location in Rome. Who can beat being right next to Piazza Navona? And who can match the great rates at such a location? The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, particularly Michele, Izabela, and Daniele. Michele worked with me from the beginning (last spring, when I made the reservation) to make our time at the Primavera the best it could be. All the staff, including the cleaning staff, were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the breakfast room pleasant, as was all the public area. We always felt safe and well cared for. I would be most happy to stay at the Primavera again and I will recommend it enthusiastically to friends. Thanks to everyone, especially to Michele.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé. Chambre confortable, très propre. Personnel accueillant et attentionné. Merci pour les recommandations de restaurants.
