Great! Very nice reception and goodbye by Daniele. Very friendly staff in general. Spacious room on a great location. A real peaceful oasis right in the center of Rome. If anything needed to be improved I would suggest the shower (turning suddenly colder or warmer, without touching anything), the elevator (but maybe that is not anything you can do something about) and at the breakfast let people have the option of refilling their own (cold) drinks, (preferably in reusable cups/glasses instead of plastic).

We loved our stay. We had to check-in late and your receptionist stayed extra to wait for us. Appreciate also that you remembered I was Gluten Free and you had GF bread for me for breakfast. Location was fantastic - we could walk to all the sights and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
