The staff was very nice and it was a pleasure to see them each morning at breakfast. They also helped with recommendations for alternative places to visit, replied immediately when we needed our passport info while in Florence, and brought us a breakfast basket to enjoy before our early morning return flight. Overall, a great experience at the hotel and very good location.

I didn't have breakfast, as we had to check out early. If it was anything like everything else then I'm sure it's fantastic.

The staff went above and beyond for us. For our last day of stay we notified them that we would be leaving earlier then our check out time to catch our flight. They delivered our next day breakfast to our room a day before so we'd have something to eat before we leave. Thank you!

Very, very good experience. Hotel has everything you would need for a short city break and the simple breakfast is all you need to kick start the day.

Nous avions un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et nous n'avons pas été déçus : l'emplacement de l'hotel est très central et permet de longues promenades à pied pour pro-fiter des environs: place Navona et toutes les églises.
Le personnel est aimable et très efficace pour vous aider à régler les problèmes.
