It’s all good, but asking 25 euros for late checkin is not something usual and I haven’t met this practice anywhere…
Our check-in is limited at 23:00 , as you can see in booking conditions.
The hotel observes a closing time to allow customers already staying here not to be disturbed at night.
Just few days before your arrival you ask to make check-in after midnight.
We had to active an extra service for you.
We also sent all the information after your reservation (2 months before arrival).
You had possibility to cancel the booking free of charge.
We believe we have found a solution to your problem, as the alternative was to take the room the following day.
