Wonderful! I loved the charm and decor of the hotel. The facilities were excellent. We thought the food was delicious and enjoyed our regular table in the dining room with the spectacular view - it felt like we were at home! The afternoon cake and soup outside on the patio was also delightful. The whole property was just magical!
thank you so much for your lovely feedback! I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed the charm of our hotel, the views from your dining table and the little afternoon treats on the patio – it truly sounds like you felt at home, which is one of the best compliments we can receive.
We take your suggestion regarding the room temperature seriously. While our location usually provides fresh mountain air, there are moments when a fan can help – we’re already looking into ways to make that option more easily available.
I’m especially happy that the natural setting and the many cozy spots to relax stood out to you. It’s part of what makes this place so special to us, too.
Thank you for choosing us – and for taking the time to share your impressions!
Warm regards from the mountains,
Armin Gross
