The hotel is amazing. We really loved our room, the balcony and the terrace is all very beautiful. I wish it was warm enough to use the beach because it looked great. The porters were also really helpful and kind. They really work hard. Veronica ( I think) at the front desk was also really helpful.

The one girl server in the restaurant really needs to learn some customer service skills. Her behavior was really strange for a server. Especially at a nicer restaurant.

Perfect location, service, they care about everything; you can walk a short distance to the downtown Positano.

L’hôtel est bien situé au bord de la plage et à quelques minutes de marche du centre de Positano par un sentier littoral. L’accès est à pied par une série d’escaliers; un porteur (compris dans le prix) assure le transport des bagages vers le parking situé plus haut.
Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

This hotel has a very good location. Close enough, but not too close. It was very nice being on the water and having a great view every day from the room. We came by ferry and it was very convenient to get to the hotel as they provided Porter service for the bags.. I would definitely stay here again

Why is reservation in August with free storno for next year not possible. Last year it was possible I dont like wait to oktobe, and the risk to get sik is to great when storno is not axepted,
