Hotel Pupetto

We like the position of the hotel, the rooms are not very quiet you can very easily hear your neighbours.

For clients with early pickup/departure times like 530am (for Naples airport), it would be good if the hotel could ensure that the passage way via Hotel Vittoria is open/available for clients to use during the early hours of the morning. Otherwise if it could not be used then pls give the correct information to the clients and let them know that the elevator of Hotel Vittoria can only be used from this time to this time. It manages the expectations of clients and allots enough time for clients to reach to the top of the stairs. I like the option of sending our luggages to the garage near the pick up spot the night before departure. It was very convenient and the garage personnel was friendly. The hotel also gave us breakfast goody bags since we were not able to have breakfast at the hotel due to our early departure. I did not feel comfortable that the lady at the reception area asked me and my family member if we were staying at the hotel as we were going up the stairs and walking towards our room. Not good treatment of clients; we felt we were not welcomed.

Paradise!!!! The grounds at the hotel are absolutely beautiful!! Don’t even have to leave to enjoy the beauty of Positano!

We would highly recommend Hotel Pupetto! Great location, service and very clean. Lots of stairs to get there but they helped wit luggage and once you are at hotel there is an easy walk into town. We liked going into town then being out of the hustle and bustle in the evenings
