My friend stayed in Hotel Pupette 15 years ago, when the lift - going down from the street to the hotel - was working. So this was a disaster for her, we should have known this, that you don't have a lift. The hotel is located at a wonderful place, but unfortunately there is no personal atmosphere in the Hotel, who is the owner or who is in charge of running the hotel. The food at the beach bar good and the service people there were more friendly. Magda and the other receptionist are very friendly and organized our Taxi back to the airport very good. Pupetto is a nice Hotel, located at a nice beach .... but there friendliness could be much better and also softer mattresses ...!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We think that the restaurant was very good and the beach bars had good food and drinks. In the room it would have been nice to have hair conditioner and higher quality linens, but the bed was very comfortable and then shower was nice. The service was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to others.
