Have stayed here many times. Only complaint is food can be very salty. I think food would be better if chef wouldn't try so hard to be fancy. Maybe a couple nights of simpler food.
Biggest complaint is they charge for tap water at dinner. Just ridiculous. Paying for what comes out of he tap in our room. Needs to stop! Just plain greedy.
Love location, rooms and pool/sauna.

Ist okay. Schafft aber nicht den gewünschten Relax und Genuss Effekt. Eher praktisch wie z.B. Auch der große Skikeller ohne Möglichkeit zum Abschließen des Equipments. Dass nicht genommene Halbpension nicht gutgeschrieben wird ist ein absolutes Novum. So noch in keinem 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel in Ischgl, Sölden, ... erlebt.

Ladies at reception were not very helpfull and motivated..
This could be much better.
No smile on the faces. They did not really enjoy their job!!
