Hotel Regina

It was a very good apartment, but when you are renting an apartment it`s no go that there is no oven in the apartment. We had to throw some of our food away and go to an restaurant. If we should go back, we want to be sure that the apartment contains an oven. And finally we think its to expensive compared to other apartments with spa etc.

You don't tell on the website it is difficult to reach the parkinggarage. Some visitors parked their car before the entrance and so we had to look for the owners because we couldn't leave the garage on the early morning of our departure. We will not book this apartment again, it was too small and it didn't match with the pictures on your website at all.

Very good hotel at a good location close to the Gaislachkogelbahn. The room we had this year (this was our 3rd stay in 4 years) was of a nice size, but located in a far corner of the hotel and on a kind of intermediate floor. We had to take a stair as there was no elevator to that level. I was traveling with my daughter (so 2 women) and for us it was pretty difficult to get the luggage to the room after a whole day of travelling in the car and there is no belly boy to help you with the luggage. Maybe a tip when you organise the rooms : check if the guests you are giving a room in a not so popular corner of the hotel, are not clients who are returning regularly. Apart from this, we enjoyed, like always our stay in Hotel Regina. We already booked again for Easter 2016.

De keuken maakt van dit hotel een fantastisch hotel! Topkok!Houden zo! Misschien wat meer uitleg geven aan het onthaal waar wat te vinden is. Zeker voor nieuwe gasten. We hebben van ons verblijf genoten.

Es war sehr schade das mann die Sauna nur ab 15:30 benutzen konnte.
Die Fitness Geräte haben leider alle nicht einwandfrei funktioniert, trotz bescherde am ersten Tag wurden die Fehler nicht behoben.
Die Auskunft an der Rezeption wg dem Bus zur Wohnung war nicht richtig, so das ich zwei mal laufen musste und das war sehr anstrengend.

We had a wonderful stay in your hotel. Very comfortable rooms with everything we needed and very friendly and professional staff.Especially our evening staff (Petra en Revi) were super friendly and helpful to us and to our daughter. For people with kids, a 5 course dinner only starting at 18:30 is a bit late, but without kids it would be fine. The food was amazing and so were the wines.
The only negative thing happened when we left: at 7 in the morning, there was no option at all of getting a some coffee and bread to take in the car. This is bad service for such a hotel and a disappointing leave.
