Für mich wäre es wünschenswert wenn die Eigentümer, statt immer neue Apartments zu bauen, das Hotel sorgsam sanieren würden. Die Zimmer sind mittlerweile doch schon nicht mehr State of the Art. Vor allem die Aufteilung der Suiten mit getrennten Schlafzimmern (durch die man durchgehen muss damit man ins Badezimmer und zum gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum kommt!) ist nicht erste Wahl (auch ein Badezimmer mit WC ohne Entlüftung und Fenster zum Gang, Aufenthaltsraum mit Fenster zum Gang wären ausbaufähig).
Gesprungene Fliesen im Bad/WC und wackelnde Armaturen auch weit vom 4*S-Charakter.

The day we arrived, we had a bad accident in the appartment Lounge. The cabinet door ind the bethroom falled down, actually two times (ones in every bethrooms), but the first time nothing happend. The second time, the door falled down on our daugthers toes. We went to the emergency. Two nails falled of and the top of her toe was brooken, so ofcause she could not go skiing the hole week. We spoked with a lady in your reception, but she told us, that it was our own risk and they had never experienced it before, even through we could see, that it was happend many times before. (Because of the damage on the cabinet - we have pictures of the cabinet and the door) Regards info@nybrofrugt.dk

sehr schönes Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter allerdings hoher Getränkepreis (0,7l Flasche Wasser für 5,80€), WLAN äußerst langsam, fast nicht zu gebrauchen. Seife auf dem Hotelzimmer mit Gräsern hat bei mir starke Allergie ausgelöst. Kleines Standardzimmer, sehr verwinkelte Gebäude.

Schöner Neubau in vernünftigem Ambiente. Nachteile Wellnessbereich und Wohn- Essbereich. Angenehm ist der Tiefgaragenplatz. Empfehlung mit Hinweis auf hohen Preis für Eltern mit Kindern, keine Empfehlung für Paare ohne Kinder

Exceptional enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the apartments. The fire alarms would activate at least twice per night and this needs to be resolved.

We stayed at Regina Well Apart. An excellent location, close to the lift, and close to the city center. The appartment was large, suited with 2 bathrooms and a sauna, and a well-equiped kitchen. We absolutely enjoyed our time here.

There was no instruction for the use of kitchen equipment.
No soap, pair of sisters, material to do the dishes by hand
