Beautiful, stylish and well equipped appartements (Alpenlodge), very nice garage parking space and regular cleaning by house keeping. Bad experience with the reception Staff: We didn't get the room we made a reservation for, they couldn't answer some questions about hotel facilities, but the worst: during our 14day stay, we tried 2 times to make a reservation for diner at the hotels restaurant and twice they sent us (as a hotel guest !) away, simply stating: 'we're full' (they did not even check with the restaurant if their was a table available in any of the following days). This is not the service of a 4*/5* hotel that we're used to.
