Overall very very good but: 1. its irritating to stand in a receptio after 12 hours journey and fill out papers like in the 60`th - which easyli could have been done beforehand via www. Secondly I am more interested in getting the garage and luckage entrence shown by a person - than that the person shows me the bathroom in the room. Thirdly is it at petty that I am forced to listen to music all over the Hotel ( heavy metal in the morning in the restaurant ex ). 4th - try to keep the familiar atmosphere - dont get "international" and "tourist Machinery" . 5. there should be a classc spa Down under.
