insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Die einzige negative Erfahrung waren die Mehrkosten für sämtliche Getränke (ausgenommen Frühstück).Selbst das Wasser zum Abendbrot und der Kaffee zum Kuchen wurde berechnet. Das kann man nicht als Halbpension Plus anbieten.

Nous connaissions le REGINA. Nous étions clients depuis de nombreuses années.
Cette année nous avons voulu prendre une catégorie de chambre un cran au dessus d'habitude.
Cette chambre classée "Suite Régina", n'est pas digne d'un établissement de cette catégorie. Dommage.

In 2012 we had a rather negative experience with your hotel.
You promised it wouldn't happen again; you even would discuss the problem over a glass of champagne when we would come back this year.
We came back this year but there was no discussion and no glass of champagne. Luckilly our stay was good.
Take this piece of advice : don't say things when you don't mean them.
Tourists aren't as stupid as they might look like in your eyes ... thanks to these tourists you have a job. No?

Since we prefer our guests to be all satisfied with our ****Superior service we have put a voucher of Euro 50,-- in the mailbox - you should receive that into the next 7 days.

Ein wunderschöner Wanderurlaub. Leider ist das Hotel kein Par4tnerbetrieb der Ötztalcard.
