Ho avuto un buon soggiorno, ma un hotel 4 stelle S non può avere carenze macroscopiche quali quella di non poter avere (in 8 giorni!) una birra scura a cena o al bar. Il maitre ci è apparso inadeguato e sfuggente. E' impossibile in un ristorante di tale qualità dover adattare quanto normalmente proposto a cena a chi risulta intollerante a glutine e lattosio. Questo nonostante la segnalazione del problema al momento della prenotazione del soggiorno, avvenuta con un mese d'anticipo. Alle nostre lamentele si è deciso ad inviarci un cameriere (non era dignitoso venisse lui di persona?) a proporci al mattino eventuali altre scelte per la cena serale. E' un vero peccato perchè TUTTO il resto del personale è risultato di una squisita gentilezza.

Fantastic, as last year too !!
We really enjoyed our staying those both years.
There's not one reason why we would not come back to your hotel an other time, unforgetable in every way !
If I would try to change one thing than it would be a better (wifi)internetconnection in the room.
