Overall a nice stay but we won't visit again. We had payed a lot of money for the stay during Christmas Holidays - we arrived about 11 o'clock - our room was ready - but we had to pay another 200 EUR if we wanted the room before 3 o'clock. Then we had to go to the wellness room for changing to skiing clothes - it would have been a nice service to give the room although it was a bit early.
