Our first room was terrible (221?) cold, at the end of the hotel, small. That was not good that you gave us sucha a room concerning our booking in september?! The second room was much better even excellent (E3). The food was very good, and the staff in the restaurant was much more friendly than those at the reception desk. The hotel is near the ski lift which was very important.
