The proof of our satisfaction is reflected in our many return visits. We usually stay several days at the hotel to fully enjoy the historical city. The apartment we stayed in is a couple blocks down the street and we received shuttle ride and help with our luggage that was most appreciated. The one step into the hotel for meals is welcoming. It is a perfect restful vacation spot.

I expected a higher-level of service and a few amenities in this 4 star hotel. We were left "underwhelmed." The parking golf cart driver was the nicest person in terms of staff.
