Overall it was a very pleasant stay as the majority of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (except for the waiter at dinner during our first evening there). The room and location was perfect for our 2 night stay in Rothenburg. It would have been nice to get a room in the main building, but the room and building in the annex across the street was very quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our family and friends, but would warn about having dinner at the restaurant.
