Service excellent - our car broke down on way to hotel and was stranded. Our French was not good and we were struggling to communicate with the local garages. The lady at the desk went above and beyond arranging recovery, obtaining quotes, calling taxis with the result that the car was repaired in time for our ferry home. I am very grateful - we couldn’t have done it without her.
