Not very good. Waitress seemed to be unaware we were there and it was very obvious french speaking guests had the preference in attention and service.

Déception entre la description du site et la chambre.
Le réveil à 7h30 par l'alarme incendie était un must. Pas un mot d'excuse de la réception

Overall, it was a very nice stay. I enjoyed the stay and would stay at the hotel again and highly recommend it to others. I definitely see why Rick Steves recommends this hotel.
